CWM’s Properties Group specializes in the acquisition, management, and disposition of various types of properties including, multi-family, industrial, and retail commerical. Currently, the group owns or manages $110M worth of properties situated in British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan.
Background
The Properties Group was formed in 2010, when Dixon Chow and Adam Battistelli joined Capital West’s team. The duo bring with them 35+ years of real estate experience, and have operated within various commercial markets in Canada, while providing a variety of insights including: asset management, construction, and leasing.
