In the fall of 2010 Adam joined Capital West as a Director of Capital West's Real Estate Property Group. His role includes overseeing asset management, real estate syndications, acquisitions, and business development.

Prior to his move to Capital West Adam spent 13 years with one of Canada's leading Commercial Real Estate brokerage firms where he established himself in the Investment Division. During the course of his career, Adam facilitated the disposition of 160 investment properties with a combined value totaling over $200 million. Adam has extensive experience in real estate acquisitions, valuation, development, construction, property management and finance.

Adam graduated from British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) with a Diploma in Marketing Management in 1998. While at BCIT Adam was actively involved in the American Marketing Association, Toastmasters and various other associations. At present he is an active member of the RVYC and the Jericho Tennis Club.
