Since inception in 2001, the Commercial Brokerage division has arranged in excess of $5 billion of mortgages across Canada. Our expertise is within the conventional and CMHC financing markets, specializing in seniors’ housing, multi-family, industrial, retail, office, and land acquisitions covering construction, term, private, and mezzanine lending.
Capital West Mortgage Inc. has strong relationships with its lenders, which include chartered banks, pension funds, life insurance companies, credit unions, CMHC and the various housing authorities. These relationships allow us to achieve strong bids for loans and superior financing results for our clients. We are also an approved correspondent for CMHC allowing us to negotiate approvals with CMHC directly on behalf of clients.
