Sidney has spent more than two decades working in the real estate financing field. A founding partner of Capital West Mortgage Inc. and Pacifica Mortgage Investment Corporation, he specializes in first and second privately funded mortgages.

Previously, Sidney worked for a large national trust company as an Account Manager, Commercial Lending. Sidney has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia. Sidney is active in the community and is involved in numerous charitable causes.
