Commercial Brokerage
The Commercial Mortgage Brokerage division takes a boutique-firm approach to its business, providing highly customized financing solutions for its clients. We specialize in financing of all real estate types including commercial and multi-family properties and seniors’ properties across Canada. Capital West has long-standing lasting relationships with institutional and private lenders, CMHC and the various housing authorities that allows for an array of financing options.
Investment Services
With over $500 million in private capital under management, Capital West’s Investment Services division provides sound mortgage investment advice to its clients based on decades of experience of the principals. Opportunities for investors include Pacifica Mortgage Investment Corporation and individual syndicated mortgages. Since 1994, investors have enjoyed stable, consistent returns.
Alternative Lending Division
The Alternative Lending Division (ALD) simplifies mortgage applications and approvals for individuals finding it difficult to secure conventional financing, by providing two lending options with one application.
