Natalia joined Capital West Mortgage Inc. in February 2017. In her current capacity, Natalia is responsible for the administration of investments for Pacifica Mortgage Investment Corporation. She processes all investor-related transactions, including but not limited to subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, account changes and transfers. Her main goal is to provide investors with an exceptional experience through efficient and accurate account management.

In addition to working with investors, Natalia also assists the mortgage administration team with processing mortgage documentation for Pacifica. Natalia holds a Master of Arts degree in Business and Management from the University of Glasgow (UK). She has a background in accounting and office management.
