Matthew joined Capital West in October of 2024 in a Real Estate Analyst role, transitioning from a prior career in accounting. Using his prior experience in analyzing financial reports and statements, he now specializes in providing analysis on properties and real estate markets, as well as underwriting mortgage deals. Matthew attended BCIT where he acquired his diploma in accounting, and he is currently attending KPU where he is pursuing his bachelor’s degree in business administration. He is currently in the process of completing the requirements to become a sub-mortgage broker in British Columbia.

Matthew values meaningful relationships with friends and family and believes in the importance of personal connections. Outside of work, he enjoys playing basketball and is an avid fan of sports, particularly football, hockey, and basketball.
