Marah joined Capital West Mortgage in 2025 as an Office Manager, providing administrative support across all divisions and to the directors to ensure smooth daily operations. She oversees office management, coordinates with vendors, and assists with onboarding to maintain an efficient and organized workplace. Marah holds a degree in International Business Management and Marketing from Douglas College.

Outside of work, she is actively involved in her community, volunteering at her local church as a worship leader and in administrative support, finding joy in using her skills to serve and connect with others.
