Chris’s role with Capital West Mortgage falls within the Alternative Mortgage Centre where he is the Vice President Underwriting. His primary role is to source and underwrite residential mortgages. Chris has been in the mortgage business for 8 years and has focused solely on underwriting alternative mortgages.

Chris completed the Mortgage Brokerage in British Columbia course through UBC and is a licensed sub mortgage broker. He has underwritten close to $320m in mortgages during his time in the industry. Outside of the office he can be found training for his next triathlon or spending time with his friends and family.
