Stuart specializes in commercial mortgage brokerage with demonstrated success in sourcing, structuring, and financing real estate investment opportunities for clients big and small. Since joining the team in 2015, Stuart has underwritten and positioned over $1.2 billion in commercial mortgage loans including $650 million in construction and term financing of senior’s retirement housing; $280 million in CMHC and conventional financing for multi-family residential; and, $100 million in industrial acquisition and term financing.

Stuart graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) with a Diploma in Marketing Management – Real Estate and Business Management. While attending BCIT, Stuart was Vice-President, Finance for the BCIT Real Estate Association. Stuart is an active member of the Mortgage Investment Association of BC, NAIOP, and the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade.
