Brendan joined Capital West Mortgage Inc. in April 2022 as a Real Estate Analyst. His role focuses on underwriting and evaluating construction and term loans for all property types. Brendan supports the team in the early stages of the process, analyzing the economics of the project and preparing the financial package for lenders.

Brendan started his career in investment operations at an institutional asset management firm in Vancouver. Prior to joining Capital West, Brendan was employed as a financial analyst, helping developers construct operating budgets and forecasts for new multi-family and mixed-use projects.

Brendan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Beedie School of Business with a concentration in finance. He is also a CFA Level II candidate.

Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through playing soccer and exploring Vancouver’s food scene.
